Normally the turnaround of your order will be very quick - usually the same day. If in the unlikely event that the product is out of stock we will email you to let you know when the goods will be in stock and to give you the option to cancel the order or choose a replacement if you would prefer.

Depending on the value of your order the goods will be sent either by Royal Mail (Airmail for international orders) or by courier. Courier sent goods are trackable and we will let you know what the tracking number is.
