I'm a big fan of Hydrangeas. I prefer the blousy, oversized ones to anything dainty but I struggle to keep them alive in my arid South London garden. Here's another belter made with Liberty fabric, with a 18^th century Toile de Jouy feel about it with the shades of faded indigo on a subtle off-white ground. Good with jeans, or just as at home with linen shorts. If its a wedding you're off to then you'd get away with a navy knitted silk tie. The large scale of the repeat gives a lovely, semi-abstract look. With a gently tailored fit and removeable collar stiffeners.
