Lady Kristina

SCSS19 SHOT03_0568

This extremely inconspicuous, self-effacing jacket is part of my new Spring/Summer collection. It is made from a Liberty of London fabric and here is its story:

‘Lady Kristina’ was based on a series of exquisite hand painted artworks created for Liberty in the 1920s and ’30s. These tree of life designs were used for various textiles including cushions, throws and kimonos. The design was printed for the Chesham Cabinet furnishing collection in 2016, which was inspired by doll and cabinet houses. This print was chosen to represent the cinema room, somewhere to chill out and watch iconic dramas amidst chinoiserie influenced, elegant and traditional florals. Acting royalty Sir Roger Moore was the artist behind the selection of this remarkable design from the archive.

Thre are trousers too. Oh yes, you can have an entire Lady Kristina suit. Watch the website for its grand entrance or sign up for newsletters in the box at the bottom of this page.
