We all know those days when the idea of getting dressed and doing something productive is just too hard. The temptation to lounge around in a dressing gown is just too great. But if you’re going to lounge around, then for heaven’s sake do it in style. We had a roll of this delicious printed velvet left over from making our Autumn jackets and so had them made up into the most sumptuous creations possible. The fabric is from Pontoglio of Italy, who are renowned for their quality and the richness of their material. The gowns themselves are all hand made here in London, fully lined and beautifully cut. Personally, I’ve taken to wearing mine at all hours of the day and am even considering a Fez and cigarette holder but that may be pushing it slightly too far…..
