What could be softer than cashmere, I hear you ask? The answer is Cashmink. It’s 20% softer than cashmere (how do they measure this? Is there a snuggleometer somewhere in a Swiss laboratory?). It’s made in Germany, and has many advantages, apart from its cosiness. It’s an acrylic fabric, so machine washable, water resistant and hypo-allergenic. Oh, and it really does feel fabulous. It is a blue overcheck with a hint of beige, and finished with tassels. Perfect as a treat for yourself or a very well received Christmas present.
