I've a soft spot for a good linen shirt and tend to hang on to them for longer than may be strictly advisable. I love the way they become softer with each wash, and don't really mind the odd frayed edge . This one has already found a home in my wardrobe and promises to be a long and faithful friend. The colours are just gorgeous; rich greens and shades of plum and aubergine. There's a three-dimensional quality that I like, too, with the sharp palm fronds layered over with softer foliage. We've cut the shirt on our most casual block with rounded cuffs and extra details with the coordinated buttons and gently tailored.
