All orders are shipped via an express service UK and worldwide.

Goods are usually despatched within 24 hours of receiving the order. For example, if we receive your order at 11am on a Tuesday, your order will be despatched for delivery on Wednesday. If we receive your order at 14:00 on a Friday your order will be despatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. Our warehouse is closed weekends and all bank holidays.

Clothing and Footwear may take longer but most are sent within 24 hours.

Delivery Charges:

United Kingdom Mainland – £4.95 or Free for orders over £50.00
United Kingdom Isles and Highlands - £10.00 or Free for orders over £50.00
Europe - £25.00 Inclusive of Tax and Duty.
Rest of World - £20.00

Delivery addresses outside of the UK maybe subject to Customs delays beyond our control.

If your territory is defined by our courier companies as remote and incurs a surcharge, we reserve the right to add the further charge or cancel the order. If this happens we will contact you in the first instance.

Tax and Duties – If your order is being shipped outside of the UK your order may incur Duty and Tax charges, you must meet these additional charges. The rate at which Tax and Duty is payable is dependant on your country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, or there is a delay with authorisation we will not be liable for non-delivery or if despatch of the goods takes longer than the time given above.

How do I return items?

You can return items to Simon Carter Ltd, Unit 1 Carter Court, 125 Aurelia Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 3BF, U.K. Please enclose a note with your name, order number and contact details.

What if I am out when my delivery arrives?

To receive a text message with your delivery slot update from any of our couriers please leave us a mobile number. You should also receive an email update. This will probably go into your Spam folder. If you do miss the courier you will be able to use the information on the text/email to arrange for your order to be redelivered. Feel free to contact us if there are any problems.

Why I didn’t receive a delivery note/invoice with my order?

To keep our carbon foot print low when we despatch your order on our system you will receive the despatch note as an email. Please retain this for your records.
