OUTSANDING

Whilst the cufflinks were lovely and presentation box looked really expensive, for me the OUTSTANDING EXCELLENT service was what did it for me. I came across these cufflinks on John Lewis but they wouldn't arrive on time so hunted them down, found the OG site and messaged them to see if they would post next day delivery and they came straight saying of course they would (or would have posted to Ireland for me with a gift message) and even went down to speak to Warehouse when I had placed the order. Human interaction and top notch service and as a result will remember this Business for future gifts. Thank you team .
