Outstanding

Brilliant job! I sent off for a Carter Replacement Watch Strap a while ago now, was expecting a bodge-job can-fit-all ordeal to come through in the mail for me to fit myself. Instead I got a phone call; Simple questions, could you provide the ID code on the back of your watch so we could identify it to send you the correct strap? Turns out my watch did not match any of the regular Carter Watches and had no standard ID. I want to thank the team for going all out and fabricating a replacement watch strap for my unusual watch. Can not recommend this more, the service was lovely and the result has been above and beyond what I expected. :)
