I've never been a confident skier. I think I started too late in life. More often than not, I descend on my bum in a picture of indignity. Here, these delicate figures are making it look oh-so-easy. Just look at the one who's airborne; there's plenty of energy here, too. This was inspired by a vintage 1950s print and I love the snowy white background that has such a sense of alpine freshness. The conifers are just lightly dusted with snow. Undoubtedly one of my favourites this season. Made with our most relaxed block. Gently tailored.
